Shipping Policy
At Couture Reign, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
● During new collection launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Time
● Standard U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
● Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Couture Reign is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Couture Reign is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Couture Reign purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:
● Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
● Original tags must still be attached.
● Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
● Sale or clearance items
● Gift cards
● Items marked as Final Sale
Exchanges
If you need a different size, we’ll gladly exchange your item, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
